Care and Independence Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and patient Care and Independence Coach to join our team, supporting young autistic adults to build their independence and quality of life. In this rewarding role, you'll work one-on-one or with small groups, offering crucial support in both an adult learning environment and within the local community.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual to provide support and guidance to learners with autism spectrum disorders. As a Care and Independence Coach, you will assist learners in developing essential life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and time management, and support them in participating in social, educational, and recreational activities.
Requirements- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to providing high-quality support and promoting independence.
We offer competitive salary £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid annual leave, sick leave, and professional development opportunities.
