**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Lincoln. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the implementation of customer projects, including establishing and implementing contracts, data analysis, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating project activities and ensuring timely completion
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Resolving technical issues
  • Providing regular client updates
  • Writing and creating reports, letters, and other documents
  • Presenting and training to third parties
  • Go live support and training
  • Liaising with internal teams

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in delivering customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face. An IT or technical background would be an advantage, as would experience using MS Excel, SQL, or other databases.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £26,500-£28,500 per annum, depending on experience. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
