The Facilities Services Supervisor role at Chubb is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in facilities management, coordination, and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance of facilities-related service providers, ensuring all contracts are detailed, SLAs and KPIs are in place, and contractors are reviewed quarterly.
  • Develop and manage a central repository for critical FM information, including leases, service contracts, and maintenance schedules.
  • Support the Regional FM on relocation projects, working closely with IT and service partners.
  • Supervise Post room services in the Glasgow office, ensuring tasks are performed professionally and efficiently.
  • Process facility-related costs, invoices, and sub-tenant invoices, ensuring accurate allocations and timely quarter closers.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff at all levels.
  • Passion for customer service and high standards, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in facility services coordination, SLAs, and performance reviews.
  • Excellent digital literacy, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
