We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Construction Manager for a large £60m high rise development in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of bills and schedules for quantities of materials, labour, and services required in construction and refurbishment of building works.
  • Sub-contract procurement, valuations, and payments in connection with any contract.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
  • At least 2-5 years post graduate experience.
