Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and Analyzing Information: Support operational colleagues to identify needs and design delivery models that achieve desired outcomes.">
  • Research and Options: Research and provide options for service delivery, looking at best practices elsewhere and developing organization-specific solutions.">
  • Basic Procurement Processes: Run basic procurement processes and work closely with the external procurement team to assist with tenders.">

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Be educated to A-level or equivalent.">
  • Experience: Have experience of gathering, interpreting, and sharing information to find solutions.">
  • Communication Skills: Experience in building and maintaining strong working relationships and communicating with individuals and organizations from various backgrounds.">
  • Project Management: Be able to manage multiple and diverse projects.">
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical and research skills.">
  • Flexibility: Flexible and motivated.">
  • Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail.">

Salary Range: £33,366 - £35,235 per annum, plus benefits.

Location: Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands (LE15) with hybrid working options.

Work Hours: 37 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
