Your World Healthcare is seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our team in a Band 5/6 role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Radiographer who can deliver high-quality imaging services to patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating various medical equipment, taking images, and providing accurate diagnoses.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of radiography principles and practices, as well as excellent patient assessment and care skills.

Responsibilities
  • To operate various medical equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and ultrasound devices.
  • To take high-quality images of patients, ensuring accurate diagnoses and minimal radiation exposure.
  • To maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
  • To communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Radiography or a related field.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
