  3. Customer Terms and Conditions: You will ensure our customer terms and conditions are up-to-date.
  4. Team Support: You will support other teams, including HR, finance, and commercial.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: You will gain an understanding of our regulatory obligations, supporting the business with queries.
  6. Horizon Scanning: You will stay up-to-date with changes to the law, training the business as needed.

Requirements:

  • You will be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, with at least 4 years post-qualification experience.
  • You will have in-depth experience of reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in renewable energy.
  • FCA knowledge and experience.
