Children's Registered Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Registered Manager to join our team at KIWI Children Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to children and young people in our residential care settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of clinicians and care staff to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents.
- Develop and implement effective care plans and risk assessments to meet the diverse needs of our young residents.
- Collaborate with local authorities, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and effective support.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and other relevant legislation.
- Contribute to the development of our organisational vision and values, and promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Recognised social work qualification (e.g. QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management) and relevant experience in residential care for children.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing staff and delivering high-quality care services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
