Role Overview:We are looking for a skilled Master Tradesperson - Plumbing to join our Apprenticeship Plumbing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing learners in the workplace, delivering high-quality training and support, and monitoring progress throughout the apprenticeship journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace
- Deliver high-quality training and support to learners
- Monitor learners' progress and ensure timely completion of the Apprenticeship Standard
Salary and Benefits:
This permanent role comes with a competitive salary range of £30,539-£31,458 per annum, plus a market premium of £3,000 pro-rata per annum, which will be reviewed annually. You will also enjoy great benefits and a 37-hour workweek contract.
