Zachary Daniels, a leading retail company, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a vital role in supporting the people agenda and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR function in delivering business objectives and driving cultural change
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and managers
  • Provide expert advice on employment law, performance management, and talent development
  • Address day-to-day HR issues and provide solutions to complex problems
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a generalist HR Business Partner in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
  • CIPD credentials or equivalent experience

What We Offer

A competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum, plus company bonus and benefits. This is a hybrid role, based in Manchester with travel around the UK required to visit stores when needed.
