Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join our team in Maidstone. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Your expertise in accounting software, including Iris, Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage, will be essential in performing your duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities: * Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements * Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting regulations * Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives * Provide financial analysis and advice to clients

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 2-3 years or more experience in a similar position, a degree in accounting or finance, and a strong understanding of accounting software. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive salary, £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.
