Prosecutions Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Prosecutions Solicitor to join our client, a reputable local authority in the North West. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of prosecution matters, including environmental, licensing, and health and safety cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake ad hoc advocacy in person in the North West approximately once or twice a month.
  • Provide legal advice and services to various departments within the regulatory body.
  • Represent the organisation in external meetings, events, and legal proceedings.
Requirements:
