As a Flexible Support Worker, you will provide therapeutic care and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and emotional behaviors.

Job Summary:
  • Provide individualized care and support to residents with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and emotional behaviors.
  • Work collaboratively with an experienced team to support residents in living independently.
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, emotional well-being, and independent living skills.
  • Monitor and record residents' conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty.
Requirements:
  • Enhanced online registered DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Minimum 6 months care experience.
  • Evidence of care-related training (training can be provided).
  • Full driver's license (not essential).
  • Two employment references, including most recent employer and all care-related employment.
