About the Job

We are working with a global leader in medical simulation technology to find a talented Design Engineer to join their team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge medical training devices and contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new medical simulation products from prototype to production using Solidworks CAD software
  • Create and manage detailed product specifications, assembly instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Collaborate with project leads and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time
  • Liaise with external suppliers and in-house tooling teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or Design Engineering and at least 4 years' experience in product development. Strong Solidworks CAD skills and a proven track record of solving complex design challenges are essential.

The salary for this role is up to £40k per year, plus performance bonus up to 5%, 25 days holiday, 5% matched pension contributions, healthcare cash plan, life insurance (4x salary), virtual GP access, and Employee Assistance Programme.
