Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Permanent People Rec2Rec in London. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering top talent to our clients and driving revenue growth through contract recruitment.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned contract recruiter with a proven track record of success in 360 recruiting, with expertise in SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Data & Analytics, AI, Infra & Cloud. You will have experience working in the EU/DACH/Benelux region and possess language skills in Dutch, German, or French. This is a contract/freelance focused role, and you will be responsible for business development and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality contract recruitment services to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Drive revenue growth through contract recruitment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
