Job Title: Graduate Design Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Design Manager to join our Construction team in Solihull, West Midlands. As a Graduate Design Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing the design aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination and management of the design process for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design specifications are met.
  • Review and analyze project drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Support the development of design solutions that align with project objectives, budget, and timeline.
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in construction design management and project coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Full UK Driver's License.
