Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues from various trades to achieve facility maintenance goals
- Work on commercial or industrial heating and water systems, utilizing your expertise in plumbing and heating
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to facility maintenance operations

Requirements
- Plumber qualified to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing and heating) and NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
- Relevant professional qualifications in facilities management or project management
- Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
