Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance metrics, to measure progress towards business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data, identifying trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, to forecast revenue and expenses.
  • Conduct deal reviews, ensuring pricing aligns with contracts and thresholds, to maintain revenue integrity.
  • Investigate OPEX variances, drilling down into Oracle accounts and reports, to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Own segment budget process, ensuring timely reporting, to facilitate informed planning.
  • Validate Gross Margins, ensuring deals are within approval limits, to protect company interests.
  • Assist with financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case preparation, to support strategic initiatives.
  • Reconcile weekly orders, shipments, and backlog data, to ensure accurate inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Relevant accounting/financial degree and 4+ years of business analysis experience in a matrix organization, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial insights.
  • Familiarity with programs like Oracle, SAP, or Hyperion, to leverage existing infrastructure.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including macro writing, to automate complex analyses.
  • Confident presentation creation and execution, to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgment and acumen, to navigate complex business scenarios.
  • Able to work autonomously and interact with various business levels, to collaborate effectively across the organization.
