This position will be working as part of the Digital Development Team delivering a website rebuild project initially, working alongside an internal delivery team and a third-party delivery company.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with the delivery project's goals and timelines.
  • Developing comprehensive documentation that outline tasks, dependencies, and resource requirements, adapting them to the project's evolving needs and requirements.
  • Utilising tools like Jira to create and manage tasks, track progress, and facilitate agile methodologies within daily standups, answering questions and taking actions for investigation.
  • Providing regular updates on project status, key metrics, and risks to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Feature Definition: Writing clear, concise, and well-defined user stories that capture the desired functionality, acceptance criteria, and value proposition.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Using data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure the impact of product features and changes.
  • Agile Methodology: Understanding and applying agile principles and practices to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Scrum master experience.
  • Experience delivering a digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Ability to travel to site.
