Job Title: Compliance and Health and Safety Manager

At Torque Consulting, we are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to oversee and manage health and safety protocols across our operations in the North West.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures across our 9 depots.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety practices and emergency procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager, preferably in the hospitality or leisure equipment sector.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and risk management.
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various company depots.
  • Competitive salary of £40,000 per year.
