Home Improvement Site Inspector Wanted

We're seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Home Improvement Site Inspector. As a site inspector, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our installations.

About the Role

  • Conduct technical surveys of customer properties to verify their requirements and provide accurate measurements and drawings.
  • Travel within the region to undertake surveys, adhering to our high standards and ensuring timely completion.
  • Confirm all details and designs ordered are suitable for the customer, offering solutions where necessary.
  • Liaise with our team, reporting any discrepancies or changes that need to be made after surveying the customer's property.
  • Input survey details onto our survey network and order materials as required.
  • Address any issues or changes that may arise in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Making arrangements with customers to carry out technical surveys in line with our targets.
  • Travelling within the region to undertake surveys following our high standards.
  • Confirming with customers all details and designs ordered are suitable.
  • Liaising with the wider Anglian team to report any discrepancies or changes.
  • Inputting survey details onto the survey network and ordering materials as required.
  • Dealing with any issues or changes that may occur in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Customer-focused with excellent people and communication skills.
  • NVQ level 3 in Surveying or equivalent experience in surveying in the window and door industry.
  • Previous experience or equivalent qualification in installing uPVC products.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, organise, and be a good problem solver.
  • Full driving licence.

  • £40.20 basic salary with guaranteed minimum earnings of £45k PA for 6 months, with potential earnings being up to £70k PA with bonus.
