We're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Thame Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming pool environment.
Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
A typical day as a Lifeguard will involve:
- Supervising and cleaning the pool area to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers.
- Setting up equipment and preparing for activities and events.
- Delivering first-class customer service and dealing with any queries or concerns.
- Supporting the team in keeping the centre clean and tidy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed as a Lifeguard, you'll need:
- A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- An NPLQ qualification (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) or willingness to undergo training.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
