Job Overview: We are Totalis Solutions, a leading Construction, Fit-Out, and Facilities Management company with a strong presence in the UK market. With a focus on delivering high-quality services, we are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team and support our finance functions.

Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage accounts, ensuring timely payment of invoices
* Process and verify subcontractor invoices, including CIS set-ups
* Manage credit control, including raising invoices and issuing statements
* Assist with month-end payment runs and provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a finance role, preferably in construction or facilities management
* Strong IT skills, including Excel
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary Estimate: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
