About the Role:

Coben Healthcare is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Service Lead to manage a cluster of Mental Health Services in the Bromley Borough. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained, complying with company policies and CQC standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diversity issues and non-discriminatory practice, with excellent communication, organisational, numeracy, and report writing skills. A NVQ Level 3 - Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards it is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Operational Performance of the cluster of services, ensuring compliance requirements are met and potential risks are identified and highlighted to management.
  2. Ensure the quality and compliance of all activities and actions that relate to the support of individuals.
  3. Work in partnership with individuals, their advocates, and significant others to ensure their best interests are at the centre of important decisions.
