Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeller to join our team in the UK.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the production and coordination of high-quality 3D CAD models with embedded data, ensuring alignment with project standards and the BIM Execution Plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery and management of projects from technical design to construction stage, ensuring compliance and delivery to project standards
  • Responsible for implementing best practice and consistent processes across the project, including liaison with stakeholders and the supply chain to ensure correct standards are applied
  • Responsible for quality processes and quality standards of all deliverables, including exchange information and conversion processes
  • Liaise with discipline BIM leads to ensure optimized clash results using suppression rules based on modelling methods
  • Lead the production of high-quality 3D CAD models and detailed construction drawings for specific elements of railway station projects, ensuring integration with overall project information models

Requirements:

  • BIM Modeller with at least 3 years' experience in major infrastructure/transportation projects
  • Experience of working in an engineering production environment
  • A railway or transportation background
  • Experience of delivering projects to UK BIM Standards, including BS1192 and ISO 19650
