About the RoleAs an IT Team Leader at Ciphr, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees have the necessary IT equipment and technical assistance to perform their job roles.
You will work closely with the IT Support Team and the IT Manager to resolve tickets and ensure that they are responded to and resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality IT support to staff at a great level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining company and building IT infrastructure with reliability and performance.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date backups and documentation regarding all key internal IT systems.
- Being a key resource of IT knowledge to staff regarding systems operations, capability, and maintenance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal skills over telephone/email/face to face.
- A strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration, deployment, and support.
- Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Management deployment and maintenance.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administration/Development.
