About the Role:
Ribbons and Reeves is currently seeking an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a secondary school setting in Havering, London. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.

What We Offer:
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a small group of SEN students in core subjects, ensuring they continue to progress and understand the curriculum. You will also be expected to practice effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment, adapt teaching methods to cater to individual student needs, and collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and provide tailored support.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a relevant field from a top 20 UK University. Previous experience working with SEN students is essential, as well as strong communication skills, patience, and resilience. Good behaviour management skills and a solid work ethic are also required.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £90-100 per day, paid via PAYE (pro rata).
