Junior Structural Technician Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Structural Technician to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Junior Structural Technician, you will be responsible for working on a range of exciting projects, including detailed drawing, detailing, and modeling duties on buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with and supporting Structural Engineers
  • Liaising with and providing direction to more junior members of the drawing team
  • Communicating with contractors and architects
  • Liaising with clients and answering queries
  • Attending site meetings
  • Gradually taking on more responsibility until you are leading your own projects
Requirements:
  • T-Level or HNC / HND within a suitable discipline
  • At least 1 year's experience in a Structural Technician role
  • Experience in providing high-quality concept, preliminary, and detailed technical drawings
  • Experience in communicating with a range of external and internal individuals
  • Experience in AutoCAD & Revit
  • Client-focused approach with good interpersonal and communication skills
