We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Educational Psychologist to join our team at Cra Group Limited. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with schools and nurseries to support children facing difficulties, using their expertise in psychological and educational assessment to inform interventions and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective intervention strategies to support children's learning and development.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's progress and inform management plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, student counsellors, and other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions.
- Engage with parents to discuss their child's experiences, concerns, and potential interventions.
- Identify conditions such as literacy and dyslexia, numeracy and dyscalculia, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
