Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate

At Gold Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the support of regulatory and 3rd party certifications associated with our clients' presence on various sites.
  • Quality Assurance of various programs, including inspection and acceptance of modification/up-grades carried out on equipment.
  • Quality Assurance across the CADMID/T cycle where required.
  • Assist with arranging, planning, and supporting audits both internal and external (customer, regulatory, and certification assessment) bodies.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent, or have a recognized engineering qualification (e.g., apprenticeship, or time-served in armed forces engineering/technical discipline).
  • Aware of Root Cause Analysis.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work in a flexible, and occasionally highly demanding work environment.
  • Awareness of a Quality Management System (QMS).
