As a Unqualified Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities, working alongside experienced professionals to help students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all students
  • Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
  • Provide pastoral care and emotional support to students as required
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping and preparing resources
Requirements:
  • Have a 2:1 or 1:1 from a reputable university
  • Experience working with students with learning difficulties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be organized, reliable, and flexible
