Job Summary:
Prestige Recruitment Group seeks a skilled IFA Administrator to support our financial planning advisors in preparing financial plans and investment recommendations. The successful candidate will process account applications, transfers, and other paperwork, while handling administrative tasks with ease.

About the Role:
This is a hybrid working opportunity that offers flexible working hours and a competitive salary of £28,500 – £34,500 per annum. As an IFA Administrator, you will assist financial planning advisors in preparing financial plans and investment recommendations, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. You will also be responsible for processing account applications, transfers, and other paperwork, as well as handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial planning advisors in preparing financial plans and investment recommendations.
  • Process account applications, transfers, and other paperwork efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks with attention to detail.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 1 year experience working within a Financial Planning practice. Ideally, you will have experience within Pensions or Investment Management administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Previous experience in financial services or a similar role is preferred.
