About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer / Van Driver to join our team in the Gloucestershire area. As a Field Service Engineer / Van Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their equipment is in good working order and that they receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients, including equipment maintenance and repair
  • Drive a company van to visit clients and deliver equipment
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to resolve client issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Meet or exceed client satisfaction targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong technical background, with experience in equipment maintenance and repair
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive a company van
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied hours as required
