Role Description:

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of site assets and equipment. This involves carrying out planned and preventative maintenance tasks, utilizing a PMS, and identifying areas for improvement.

Main Tasks:

  1. Carry out maintenance tasks according to agreed schedules.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective handover of information.
  3. Diagnose faults and implement repairs using a PMS.
  4. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment efficiency.
  6. Provide training and support to new colleagues.
  7. Maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills:

  • Experienced Maintenance Engineer with NVQ Level 3 qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical Bias.
  • Piranna Systems Training and Operational measures OEM Training / Site-specific equipment training desired.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
