Pertemps Redditch Commercial is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Accounts team in maintaining the company's invoice system, ensuring accuracy and correct formatting.
- Input supplier invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and monitor the accounts email inbox.
- Process supplier payments, support with month-end accounts, and produce sales ledger invoices.
- Process weekly invoices, resolve related queries, and maintain the subcontractor ledger.
- Accounting qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Proficient with MS Office software (Word/Excel).
- Previous experience within a purchase ledger/accounts administration.
- Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices is advantageous.
A competitive salary of circa £24,000 and a 8-4pm Monday to Friday office-based role with free parking.
