Debt Recovery Executive

As a Debt Recovery Executive at Pratap Partnership Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire credit control process from initial contact to resolution, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices and follow up on overdue payments in a timely manner
• Negotiate payment plans with customers as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken regarding outstanding debts
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and minimize delays in the payment process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in credit control or a related field, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable using CRM systems

Salary: £38,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
