Job Opportunity:
Join our team as a Senior Marine Geophysicist and contribute to the delivery of effective solutions to complex geophysical and geotechnical challenges in offshore wind projects. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop ground models and reduce risks, driving key decisions in wind farm developments.

Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Ground Modelling: Develop comprehensive ground models providing a thorough understanding of site morphology, geology, geohazards, and uncertainties
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate ground risks early in projects, developing risk registers and conceptual designs to inform decision-making processes
  • Survey Management: Ensure quality control of survey data and collaborate with other teams to integrate data interpretation and survey management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, or Engineering Geology
  • Proven experience in ground modelling, preferably in the offshore wind sector
  • Familiarity with Kingdom and GIS software
