Main ResponsibilitiesM&A:- Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze dilution and accretion, as well as enlarged group forecast models.
- Prepare and review documentation, including term sheets and SPAs.
- Source and evaluate potential buyers and sellers for M&A transactions.
- Support the production of fairness opinions and other transaction-related documents.
- Solicit financing for private deals from credit, minority, and growth equity funds.
- Develop marketing materials, including teasers and management presentations, and prepare forecast and downside scenario financial models.
- Support the structuring and execution of private debt and private equity transactions, including due diligence and deal documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with private capital funders.
- Work on initial and secondary equity offerings on AIM and the Main Market.
- Take ownership of drafting admission documents and prospectuses.
- Develop other corporate finance documentation, such as engagement letters and NDAs.
- Conduct financial modeling, including comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, and forecast operating models.
- Professional qualification (likely the ACA) or 3 years of relevant experience.
- Self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and IT literacy skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint.
