Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out risk assessments and monitor care plans to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Supervise care workers and ensure they have the necessary support and resources to deliver excellent care.
- Allocate and manage care visits to meet the needs of our service users.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in providing care within a home care or care environment.
- Trained in NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or a relevant qualification.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Full driving licence and a car, with the ability to travel to service users' homes.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£14.00.
- A full-time position with a regular 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
