About the Role

We are seeking a talented Procurement Specialist to join our team to work on a range of Nuclear projects across new build, decommissioning, defence, and other emerging markets/technologies in the Nuclear space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver best value solutions for all allocated commercial activities based on optimising the balance between cost and risk.
  • Identify and drive innovative solutions and methodologies and identify opportunities to enhance the Company's supply chain and commercial performance and practice.
  • Manage and lead the supply chain activities within own portfolio area.
  • Competent in preparing strategy documents, business cases, and other written business documentation relative to own portfolio area.
  • Proactively manage contracts/agreements/categories/relationships with suppliers within their agreed portfolio applying the Supplier Relationship Management process.
Requirements
  • Ideally MCIPS or working towards accreditation.
  • Experience with Public Procurement Regulations and understands the impending changes due and the associated requirements.
  • Expert in NEC 3 suite of contracts, specifically Options A, C, and E, Term Service Contracts, and Short Form Contracts.
  • Ideally experienced in NEC 4 suite of contracts.
