**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Friends of the Elderly. This is a permanent, full-time position (36 hours per week) that offers a wealth of benefits and opportunities for growth.

The successful candidate will assist our residents with various tasks, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and keeping care records up to date. No prior experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, respectful, self-motivated, flexible, and a team player who can build strong relationships with our residents. In return for their hard work and dedication, they can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary requirements.
  • Maintain accurate care records and reports.
