Senior Landscape Architect Job in Leeds, West Yorkshire

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in Leeds, West Yorkshire. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for leading landscape and visual impact assessments, conducting feasibility studies, and preparing planning applications and environmental statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct landscape and visual impact appraisals, including Zone of Theoretical Visibility analysis
  • Prepare planning applications and environmental statements
  • Undertake landscape design responsibilities, including large-scale master planning, softworks, and mitigation design
  • Present design concepts to clients, planning officers, and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate the discharge of landscape-related planning conditions
Requirements:
  • Proven knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and BNS planting design software
  • Must have a degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Extensive knowledge of LVIA projects and Landscape Planning
