Data and Service Governance Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data and Service Governance Co-ordinator to join our team at Gold Group Ltd. As a key member of our Data and Service Management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating the production of service and governance packs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the monthly and quarterly service and governance packs in line with contractual client requirements.
  • Support data governance, risk, and control projects and present findings with confidence.
  • Monitor new risk event registrations and oversee the Risk Management process.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Service to ensure client reporting packs are completed and meeting minutes are taken and circulated.
  • Assist in the production of quarterly risk packs for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience working in a data management environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to present data and analytics.
  • Experience working in a client-facing or service management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
