Teaching Role: Welding Instructor

As an award-winning college, we are looking for an exceptional Welding Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging and inspiring our students to achieve their full potential in the Welding workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and teach practical skills in our Welding workshop
  • Plate welding lap welds, fillet welds, open corner welds in a variety of weld positions
  • Pipe welding 1G, 2G, 5G, 6G in all welding processes
  • Carry out destructive testing of students completed welds

Requirements:
  • Qualified to level 3 in MIG, TIG and ARC welding processes
  • Relevant industrial experience would be invaluable, along with experience of sharing your skills in an educational/training environment
