In this vital role, you will lead a team of dedicated caregivers, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional care outcomes and promote resident well-being. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to drive service excellence.
Main Responsibilities:- Direct patient care and ensure adherence to best practice guidelines
- Manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback for growth and development
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation, contributing to quality assurance initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery and promote organisational goals
Hourly rate: £20.00
Welcome bonus: £1,500 (T&Cs apply)
