About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, promoting recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and practical assistance to service users
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of six months' experience working in a caring role within mental health, care homes, or as a home carer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
