Senior Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join our prestigious Land and Property team in Edinburgh.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer in English and Welsh law to manage a variety of conveyancing matters, including urban and rural properties in England and Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle residential conveyancing, from modest to high-value properties
  • Provide expert advice on property transactions and collaborate with private client experts
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while managing challenging tasks
  • Manage a portfolio of conveyancing matters, including urban and rural properties
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • A qualified lawyer in English and Welsh law with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
  • Experienced in residential conveyancing and knowledgeable about English and Welsh property transactions
  • Commercially aware, self-sufficient and a strong team player
  • Enthusiastic about developing technical skills and advancing your legal career in a dynamic environment
