About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Apparel Designer to lead the design and development of our premium collections. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality designs that meet consumer demand and align with market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and development of the collection, from initial concept to final product
* Stay on top of emerging fashion trends, ensuring the collection meets consumer demand and aligns with market trends
* Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and production teams to ensure commercial viability while maintaining brand values
* Oversee design packs, CADs, and technical specifications to deliver high-quality, on-brand products
* Present seasonal collections to the team, highlighting key trends and innovations

Requirements:

* A degree or equivalent in Fashion Design or a related field
* ~5+ years of experience designing womenswear, preferably in premium or smart-casual categories
* Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software
* Experience in driving sustainable design practices and working with eco-friendly materials
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders
