We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Educator to join our team at Healthcare Recruiting Hub.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, on a 4-day working rota. As a Childcare Educator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans to promote children's learning and development.
- Providing high-quality education and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Effective communication with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Teaching and training children in various areas, including literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's growth and development.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and kind attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good fun and a passion for working with children.
