Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa, Inveraray is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Accommodation Manager. This key role plays a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation within our hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of housekeepers to maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness and organization.
- Develop and implement effective housekeeping processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to high standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee seamless communication and optimal guest experiences.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, and external partners.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar management or supervisory capacity.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of driving results-oriented initiatives and process improvements.
- A strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
